Compact Easyfield Visual Field Screener with Perimetry. The model number is 56930. Comes with the controller, model number 56934. Also includes hand control and PSU. The manual can be provided in electronic format only. Can also be set up on a laptop instead of using the controller. Will need software/drivers (available from Oculus/Microsoft).
In good working condition
the blue plastic that covered the print area is missing but the printer still works fine. Might need new ink, as the print is slightly faded. It will be set up so that you can test prior to collection.
