Original oculus UB4 without box but has a photocopy of instruction manual and parts diagram. The rubber spheres have been replaced with PMMA ones of the same size/colour (a former ally of optoms) that are not from oculus (all other parts are original). The spheres, I would contest, are better in every way: they look better, do not fail, do not discolour and don’t need replacing
The cyl axis scale is slightly faded in places it can still be discerned and all the line of the scale are intact
