Excellent working condition . Wooden briefcase opens on both ends in case if you want to put the lid away. Yes 100% usable condition, buying from an optom.
Missing lenses/Replaced Lenses
1) -0.25 was missing but replaced by a brand new lens as shown in pictures.
2) +0.75 was missing but replaced by a brand new lens as shown in pictures.
3) +0.25 and +0.50 missing but replaced by BRAND NEW METAL LENSES , SEE PICTURES PLEASE.

I have also included some original 0.12 lenses, you can get them Glazed for missing lenses as well.
