Notes: Included with the edger and blocker: full instruction manual, full tool-kit with dressing wheel, chucks for both full and half eye lenses, bar codes to transfer scanned shape from blocker to edger. Edging wheels set up at present are: 1. Coarse cut (first cut, polycarb), 2. Smooth cut and 3. High polish wheel specially made for rimless . Can also be set to cut a grooved lens (full instructions in manual).
Included is the water tank for the edger with water pump and all connections. The pump may require replacing (easily sourced & not expensive), we have replaced this once and this has not been used for 5 years. Also incl. are extra filter bags and all connections for both edger and blocker to 240v supply and links between blocker and edger. Tracer also included with the blocker to hold eye former or frame. Full set of blocking buttons included for both normal lens size as well as half eye. A work-top cut to fit the edger drain pipe can be included at no extra charge.
